ABOUT

I am an incoming (Fall 2025) Assistant Professor of Organizational Psychology at Michigan State University. I earned my B.S. from the University of Michigan (2018), an M.A. from Rice University (2022), and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Rice University (2025). My research focuses on the implications of increasing workforce diversity, with the ultimate goal of fostering a more inclusive and equitable future of work. Specifically, I focus on two major lines of inquiry: (1) understanding variability in attitudes toward policies aimed at increasing diversity and inclusion in organizations; and (2) improving processes related to selection, recruitment, and retention for workers across the neurodiversity spectrum. My work has been featured in outlets such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Current Opinion in Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of the American Medical Association-Network Open, Policy Insights from the Behavioral and Brain Sciences, and Management Decision. My research has been recognized by intramural awards, including the Kenneth R. Laughery Award for Best Master's Thesis in Psychology at Rice (2022), Best Graduate Essay in Sexuality, Women's, and Gender Studies at Rice (2022), and the Graduate Research Excellence Award from Rice University's Department of Psychological Sciences. I have also received external funding from the NSF's Graduate Research Fellowship Program (awarded 2022) and a Small Grant from the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (2024).
